Finally got to try this DTF since I happened to be in town for a few days. Located inside the Aria so it gets quite busy thru out the day. I've experienced their location at the Taipei 101 building so my expectations were set high. My reservation was during the week just after the lunch hour. This location is strict and only allows you to check in at your reservation time and no sooner. Once I got thru the secondary check - in station and a short wait we were seated at a booth with a nice view thru the large storefront windows. No surprise the prices were steep since the high rent and location but I was surprised that the bowl of braised beef noodle soup was $23.00 although the taste was close to perfection. Other items ordered were the Tofu seaweed salad, sticky rice wrap, xlb, and spicy wontons. Everything was served promptly by the friendly waiter and the food tasted excellent. For dessert I selected the warm red bean mochi dessert which was delicious and piping hot. Overall, i was impressed with the decor of the establishment, quality of food & service and would definitely return here in the future.

#dintaifunglasvegas Was the perfect spot for our first dinner in Las Vegas. This Restaurant is inside de Aria hotel and you can see the cooks making the dumplings while you wait for a table. Everything from the service to the food was great. I first started with a lychee cucumber martini which was served super chilled and it was refreshing. For dinner we ordered a few different things. The sweet-and-sour pork barbecue ribs was my husband's favorite. They were so tender and delicious. The shrimp and bar spicy quantum were also really good full with meat and perfectly spicy . The crab and pork soup on place were also super delicious a little smaller than I thought they would be so not that much soup inside where there were really delicious . The braised beef noodle soup was my favorite. The broth was so light and flavorful, and the beef itself was super tender. Overall everything was outstanding and I would definitely recommend.

Love Din Tai Fung's XLBs!!! Nice ambiance in ARIA Hotel! All food we ordered was good!! Cucumber salad Potstickers Sweet & sour pork baby back ribs XLBs I want to visit Din Tai Fung's all locations!!

On this particular visit, I was appreciative of the service. It was quick, fast, and easy since we were on a time constraint. I ordered my usual go-tos: green beans- so crisp and addicting for a vegetable, beef noodle soup - the beef and tendon is so tender and yummy, the noodles are excellent, and the broth is quite flavorful but not too salty, and finally the classic pork soup dumplings. Those are just the best because they really mastered the art of appearance and then the ratio of skin to meat and the soup stays inside without tearing the skin. You can see them making it through the window and you can see how precise they are at making those soup dumplings. I can eat those forever! No one beats Din Tai Fung's soup dumplings! Other things to try that I like are: Pork chop fried rice, spicy pork and shrimp wontons (not unbearable spicy but just a tiny bit of heat), cucumber slices, black sesame and red bean buns, and crab soup dumplings and truffle soup dumplings. So many good items on the menu that are just quality taste to me! Lots of tables for everyone to eat. The dining area is spacious and has high ceilings. But you might have to make a reservation or you'll have to wait maybe half hour or so. But it is all worth the wait! I always come back for more!

I appreciate that no matter how busy this place is, they really try to accommodate everyone by offering same-day reservations and walk-in waits! This location is massive but they still deliver the quality, taste, and ambiance they're known for. The cucumber salad is a MUST try! All the long baos and wontons are great, can't go wrong with your selection. This time I tried the noodles for the first time and while they were good, I wouldn't order them again.

I came to this location in a small group for my friend's 21st birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was quick, the food was amazing, and our server Elle was an absolute sweetheart. 10/10 would go again
